I have a service plan with Kahn. Conrado Faral has been out twice so far and he always does a great job. He is on time and efficient and goes out of his way to explain to me what he discovers in easy-to-understand terms. He’s also very patient with my many loud chihuahuas! I highly recommend Conrado and Kahn.

We purchased and had our air conditioning system installed with Kahn AC back in 2006 when Jim Berry was our sales representative (he was amazing!). This past week, our system was having problems and I spoke with the Kahn Service Department to get their help. Carmen was lovely and was eager to get us a service call due to the heat, which I really appreciated. Ronnie came out to assess the problem, and was knowledgeable and helpful. We've had Ronnie's help in the past, and he is consistently friendly and professional. We ended up needing a new unit, so I had the chance to work with Dan, who helped us make the right choice for our needs. Johan and one other team member came out this Monday to install the new system and it went very smoothly. Both team members were kind, helpful, and also professional. Very happy with the overall service we've received; we'll continue using Kahn for our AC and heating needs.

Had a wonderful experience with Conrad today. My mother's AC was not working. It needed a new Capacitor, luckily they had a new one on the truck, he replaced the air filter, and wow cool air. Thank you for your professional service. Highly recommend.

Been using this company since we bought both A/C Compressor and Furnace to replace our 20-year-old systems. Company has been excellent in their overall service. And we always ask for Conrad, as he is a very knowledgeable technician and very detailed. We have a maintenance program for both A/C and Heater yearly and are very satisfied with the service they provide.

Our air conditioner wasn't working. I called late in the afternoon and they put us on the schedule at 8 am the next morning. The worker was at my house at 8 am. By 9am the air conditioner was working again and cooling our house. The worker answer all of my questions and he was very polite. I will be recommending Kahn to any family and friends in the area that need air conditioning work.
