We were so pleased with Tony, Johan and Carlo's work today installing our new HVAC unit. They were on time, professional and did a fantastic job! My experience today was amazing. Conrado showed up on time and was very thorough with his inspection. He also got a second opinion from his supervisor so they could discuss the issue and repairs needed for our heating and air conditioner. Bad news, we need new HVAC. Good news, I know we are in excellent hands!

Conrad came to the house and introduced himself came in and was looking at our furnace. He was explaining to me what was wrong plus he allowed me to take pictures so I can show other members of the house. He had to call his area supervisor, which was Kevin and he was a very nice gentleman too. I like how both gentlemen introduced themselves before they came into the house. Sat down with Kevin, he explained everything that had to be done and he worked out everything we needed to fix our furnace.Looking forward to working with these gentlemen again in the future.Kahn is a nice, very honest and good company

Alexander was amazing! Not only did he walk me step by step thru the system, but he helped me get the control done thru my phone, which made this new piece of equipment work for us, even away from home. I will be asking for him specifically, when I call Khan to come back and service our six other large gas units in the main house. Alexander is a glowing spokesperson for your company. He’ll have me coming back to Kahn for sure 💯 👍

Update: Juancho and Gil did a great job diagnosing my heater that wouldn’t turn on. They figured out a unique solution to the limit switch tripping. Ana was amazing! Not only was she very professional and listened to my issues, but assured me that I would see a technician on Friday (today) between 8-10; which I did.Her customer service was refreshing. I didn't leave a message on my initial call and she called me back with 3 minutes to see what I needed. I work in the service industry and believe me when I say, we don't see this caliber of customer service very often anymore. Keep up the good work!!!

Just want to thank Supiana at Kahn Air Conditioning for following up on my call yesterday. I had my gas valve replaced and they turned off my gas so I called for service but then found out that the plumber should have turned it on. And received a call this morning from Supiana just to check with me to see if I had heat or if they could help in any way. I really appreciated that extra step from her!!

Ramiro found a loose wire in the harness. This was the third visit by a technician and hopefully the last until next Spring. He was very professional and I am expecting what he did will solve the problem that we have been having with the furnace which was installed new last April.Update January 13 2025Emmith found the squeak the new furnace was making and I a m a very happy customerUpdate January 15 2025Alexander explained to me that the current heaters make a little noise when starting up and that is not a sign of any problem with the furnace. I was grateful to learn this. I am very satisfied with his service

Johan, Pablo and Marlon from Kahn Air were amazing. They came to install a brand new AC and furnace unit. They all were polite, professional and clean. They explained the system, made sure all my questions were answered. I was very pleased with their service. Kahn Air company is one that I highly recommend for installation and maintenance.

Emmet and Lucio came today for our regular 6-month service call and once again we were blown away by the level of service. Both gentlemen are highly skilled and knowledgeable about all types of HVAC issues. Both were diligent in completing all the necessary maintenance tasks while taking the time to explain each element of their process and additional time to walk through challenges we were having with the zones and ducting. They take photos and video of what they see and that makes it easy to make decisions about what steps to take. (I also appreciate the lack of pressure to make expensive adjustments to the system while still being provided with the necessary information. )I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

We just completed a major piece of work: installing a heat pump heating and air conditioning in our 100 year old house, replacing a gas-powered unit. This is the first time we used Kahn and we've been very impressed from the evaluation visit to the completed job. Jovan was the lead person in the team that did our job today and yesterday, with Carlos and Pablo as his capable associates. They were timely, courteous, hard working, and good at explaining the process. We cannot recommend them and Kahn highly enough. Sometime later, after the terrible fires, we decided to install an Air Scrubber. Ariel and Alexander did capable work installing it and explaining the functioning to me. They were courteous, well spoken, and tidy. The company did a good job informing me about the scheduled appointment. I have only one criticism, which comes after learning that the 2" filter required by our particular Air Scrubber will require an additional payment of $18 beyond the maintenance contract which we have signed up for, which includes only a 1" filter apparently. Alexander explained that many customers buy their own filters to save money. This seems to me a foolish way to do things on the part of a very good company.

Conrad was exactly on time, very thorough and knowledgeable. Super friendly as well. Definitely will continue to use Kahn.Added: Conrad scheduled Kevin to visit and provide a quote for a new HVAC. Kevin was punctual, polite and knowledgeable as well. Didn't try to oversell and supplied me with a very reasonable quote. Fast forward 3 days and Enrique & Carlos arrived (right on time) to replace the system. Originally I was told it would take 2 days, but they completed the work the same day and did a wonderful job. They were VERY professional, organized and tidy. The only way I could tell anyone was even at my home was because I had a new HVAC in place of my 36 yr old system. The furnace closet was a bit of a mess and they even cleaned that up. Everything looks and works great! I am thrilled with how quiet and efficient the new system is and really glad I had it done before the old one stopped working.Bottom line, Kahn is a great company, Supiana, Enrique & Carlos were terrific and I will be setting up a bi-annual maintenance with them, definitely. So glad I called them.

Conrad performed a full furnace maintenance on my system. He was friendly, used booties, and placed the old filter in bag to keep house clean. He did a full inspection. Very thorough. As a former Kahn tech, i give him 5 stars for the job he did. Good stuff!!

I called in around 12:30 and got a same day appointment which is already a plus. Our service tech, Conrad Faral, immediately figured out why our heater wasn't working and did a complete service check on the furnace in about 30 minutes. We'll done!

Johan and Quancho are true rockstars! These two fine gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure our A/C was working perfectly after over 10 hours spent in our blazing hot and stuffy, cramped, unfinished attic space during our new system install on a 100+ degree July SFV day. They were kind, courteous and could not have been more professional in how they conducted themselves and their business here. These two HVAC superheroes saved us from disaster and replaced our rattling, buzzing 20 year old system on the verge of failure and I could not be more grateful for all they did, staying beyond quitting time to make sure we were taken care of before the holiday. Kahn air to the rescue! Thanks guys!!UPDATE: Emmith was here on Jan 7, 2025 for a tune up and filter change and was very thorough and informative of what we needed. I woke up to a furnace that was only blowing cold air. So I immediately called to get some help. The fact that I am 71, mildly disabled and with terminal cancer made it more important to me than if might have otherwise. A competitor with a lot of TV ads couldn't come out for two weeks. Luckily I found an old invoice and was able to call Kahn because I had their number. KATIE was simply wonderful!!! So understanding to my plight, even with my being on extremely fixed income and low funds. She immediately went to her team to see what if anything could be done to assist me. And we didn't even know what was going to be wrong with my furnace. Which was only 6 yrs old. What a terrific person she is. And oh so helpful. Many others treat Seniors like "discards;, KATIE made me feel important and that she was going to do what she could and SHE DID! She got RAMIRO to come this afternoon. There was a four hour window, but when she learned how cold I was, she got his arrival to be within 10 mins of the scheduled window of arrival time. GREATLY appreciated by me for sure. RAMIRO was also AMAZING! He took such care in my home with bringing a clean drop cloth and ladder and tools. He went right to work in the attic and within 30 mins. he had some heat pumping through the vents. I have central heating and air. His work was incredible. His level of professionalism TOP NOTCH. His explanations were clear and he didn't make me feel stupid or as if I had done something wrong. When he saw the filter needed a quick cleaning instead of replacing, a noted savings to me. I was grateful for that too. ALL in all, RAMIRO is one incredible technician. And I HIGHLY recommend both KATIE and RAMIRO to ANYone wanting a great team to help with any furnace issues you might have.

We had somewhat of an emergency recently where the AC equipment was slowly leaking in the attic. I called Kahn Air and they were able to have someone out at the house within 24 hours of my call. (This was last week during a heat wave). Emmith came out and was in the sweltering attic for a couple hours sucking out gallons and gallons of water that was captured in the tray under the unit. Emmith was able to solve the problem, and he told me about a device that will shut down the unit if there is ever another problem with the tube not draining properly so that a future leak doesn't cause water damage. I had him install the new device. Thanks Kahn Air for coming to the rescue quick!Update: Alexander provided great service today!!!!! Thank you!!!! Very professionalUpdate: Tony and Pablo came out on 12/31/24 to install a new furnace. No issues! Unit works great. They even educated me about the new unit as well as a quick crash course on how the other units and equipment in the attic operates. I appreciated the quick lesson 😺🙌 Kahn Air is always very professional
