Been using this company since we bought both A/C Compressor and Furnace to replace our 20 year old systems. Company has been excellent in their overall service. And we always ask for Conrad, as he is a very knowledgeable technician and very detailed. We have a maintenance program for both A/C and Heater yearly and are very satisfied with the service they provide.Conrad is an excellent and professional technician. He knows the AC and Furnace like the back of his hands. Always thorough and will let you know if something needs to be replaced. We have full trust and confidence in the quality of his work. Kahn Air's tech Alexander showed up at our home to perform our annual heating/AC servicing last week. Alexander was very friendly and customer focused and put his shoe covers on before entering the house. In addition, he was very articulate to what the service entailed. After he was done, he showed me various photos of the areas he addressed and the subsequent readings so I knew they were in range of operation.
