Emmith was fantastic. Efficient, friendly, answered all my questions. He showed me he took pride and ownership in his work and his company but the time he took to make sure the part was ordered and being both earlier than expected and completing the work faster than hoped. If I had to start over with HVAC companies, based on Emmith's attitude and work ethic, it would have been Kahn a long time ago.

Just completed big job---new ducting for the whole house and replacing one of the HVAC units on the roof. Marlon, Kevin and John were superb. The job took 4 long days and they were incredibly careful, courteous and cleaned up perfectly. They get my highest rating.

December, 2025 - I continue to have excellent service from Kahn. Yesterday they installed a new furnace for me and all went well but I had some concern about operating the new thermostat overnight. I reached out to Kahn and they had a technician here at 8:00 this morning! Alexander Castillo-Martinez was courteous, patient, answered all my questions, and then checked the new unit and adjusted all levels for maximum comfort and efficiency. He was terrific! With service like this, I am proud to continue to recommend Kahn to all my friends! Keep up the good work!

August, 2025 - I can’t overstate how pleased I am with my experience with Kahn Air Conditioning and with their service technician, Shawn Flores, who came to my home! I called after hours and was able to get an appointment for the following day. I received a call the next morning to confirm my appointment and another call right before the technician arrived. Shawn was courteous, thorough, and gave a detailed explanation of what was needed. I will definitely use this company again and will request Shawn for my service. I highly recommend them.

I wrote the above review a few weeks ago and it turned out I had to buy a new air conditioning unit. Shawn came out to service it and then called Henry Reth, his supervisor, to come confirm his diagnosis and talk with me about my options for a new system. Henry was thorough in his inspection and in explaining the options for purchasing and financing the new unit. This was last Thursday and they were able to get my new unit installed today. (Monday). Carlos Costanza was the lead technician on the job today assisted by Marlon and Ricardo (didn’t get their last names). They arrived exactly on time, covered my floors, did their work quickly and quietly in a 100+ degree attic, answered all my questions, and left me with a quiet, powerful new HVAC system at an excellent price. I signed up for their regular maintenance plan and expect to be cool and happy for many years to come. I highly recommend this team and this company!

Alexander Castillo provide us EXEMPLARY service! He was kind, knowledgeable, clean and efficient. He was also very comforting to my mother-in-law whose husband passed away the day before. He truly went above and beyond in terms of service. We will DEFINITELY be reaching out for his service again.

Justin and Conrad were helpful and understanding, providing information about the condition of our a/c unit from the 80s. Learning that a crane, electrical wiring, old unit disposal, besides the new replacement and negotiating our HOA is familiar territory for them is a big boost of confidence. Now we need to juggle multiple things to be able to start work.

Conrad found a damper that was not working and kinks in the ducting. Need to replace. Very nice man. Called supervisor (Luis) who gave me an estimate to replace . Don’t love that I need to do this but it is what it is.

My electric bill spiked a little and not sure why. So I called and they sent Gilbert, he cleaned the coils and replaced the clogged air filters to optimized airflow. Everything seems good. lets see if AC was the caused of this spike. Thanks for being on time. Appreciate it.
