"Two years ago, I was having a problem with the heat part of my unit, which has been on my house since I bought the house in 1997. I fully expected that whatever was wrong was going to mean buying a whole new AC/Heat unit, probably roof work, maybe ducting, etc etc.. "I recently was had a problem with my A/C which stopped working. I contacted Cory at Kahn Air Conditioning and he was upfront and said that they were booked for the day however, it there was a cancellation he would get back to me and let me know. Sure enough several hours I received a call and a tech by the name of Gil arrived at my residents. He was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He was immediately able to diagnose the problem. Gil was able to determine that a blockage had occurred in and around the coils which caused about two inches of ice to form on one side of the coil. Gil was able to thaw out the ice and restore the A/C to function the way it was. As a long time customer this is company that knows what they are doing and I will always refer them to anyone that wants the best."

"Had a real good experience from the first phone contact with Ivan, think that was his name, to Ramiro who came out & diagnosed the current problem, needing refrigerant. Ramiro spent time explaining things and seemed very knowledgeable. Unfortunately this is the 3rd year in a row this has happened.
