During the past couple of years, the process of selecting heating and air conditioning equipment has usually been linked to the various rebates and tax credits that were currently available. However, rebates and tax credits won’t make up for an installation that wasn’t done correctly. Unfortunately, that aspect of this business hasn’t changed. The downturn…
"Service man showed up on time. He was very professional and mellow. Replaced what was needed and had the air cold in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely refer and use them again."

"Great service. My A/C broke in the middle of the summer so I called them to come out and check it, they were able to schedule an appointment for after the weekend. They came out and did thorough testing to diagnose that it was actually an electricity issue and my switch box needed to be replaced, not my A/C. So, I got an electrician out to fix it the next day. Their diagnosis was correct and only $99 for them to come out to Valencia for a diagnosis check."

"My AC stopped working during LA's hottest summer on record. Thank heaven I called Kahn Air/Heat. They were very reliable, showed up on time, & explained what was wrong. Kahn AC is the BEST in my book. I put in a new Carrier AC, and furnace & ducts. I didn't want any more repair headaches with my old system. I wanted the system to be more quiet than my old AC. David Kahn was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice. I trusted his wisdom and now have a much quieter ACt han my old one. Thanks again, David. You were right! (You were also very patient with all my questions.)
Kahn AC has a great reputation, and it is well deserved."

"Kahn Air Conditioning installed my Carrier heating and air conditioner in 2005. I have been using them ever since. I highly recommend them. Ronnie is a great service person, and Cory and Ivan are great managers. They are all highly professional and provide great customer service. There are other companies closer to my home but I am loyal to Kahn Air Conditioning."

"Two years ago, I was having a problem with the heat part of my unit, which has been on my house since I bought the house in 1997. I fully expected that whatever was wrong was going to mean buying a whole new AC/Heat unit, probably roof work, maybe ducting, etc etc.. The man that came from Kahn (sorry I don't remember his name) was very nice and polite, and even though he could have easily told me I needed a new unit, he did a simple repair that was only around 200 bucks, and it has now been working just fine ever since. It's scary to ask for help from people you don't know about things that might cost a lot of money. I really appreciate that I know about Kahn, and that they are honest and do great work :)"

"I recently was had a problem with my A/C which stopped working. I contacted Cory at Kahn Air Conditioning and he was upfront and said that they were booked for the day however, it there was a cancellation he would get back to me and let me know. Sure enough several hours I received a call and a tech by the name of Gil arrived at my residents. He was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He was immediately able to diagnose the problem. Gil was able to determine that a blockage had occurred in and around the coils which caused about two inches of ice to form on one side of the coil. Gil was able to thaw out the ice and restore the A/C to function the way it was. As a long time customer this is company that knows what they are doing and I will always refer them to anyone that wants the best."

"Had a real good experience from the first phone contact with Ivan, think that was his name, to Ramiro who came out & diagnosed the current problem, needing refrigerant. Ramiro spent time explaining things and seemed very knowledgeable. Unfortunately this is the 3rd year in a row this has happened. Obviously there is a leak, which I suspected and we will address it when it is cooler. Too bad, if the previous company that had been servicing me hadn't been so nasty on the phone when I called last week (also in July) they would have gotten the $$$ job."

"All of a sudden, in 100+ weather, our A/C decided to stop working. I called Kahn Air and they sent someone out that day. John spent a lot of time - he was very thorough - in diagnosing, and fixing the problem! He was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. And the pricing was very fair. These guys know what they're doing. Call them first - and they do regular maintenance on your A/C and heating units. Can't recommend enough."

"David, I wanted to thank you and your team for working with me to do a successful install. The job was exactly on time and on budget for the best special selected equipment available. We now have top end components which should provide great comfort for my mom. I am at the airport now and will write you some online reviews when i get settled in a few days. When i left the house, it was cooling on stage one, and the condenser was as quiet as a mouse, maintaining 78 degrees. We are thrilled and are sure we will be even more impressed when winter and summer come. See you in a few months, and thanks again! "
